Alex Jones claimed three wickets in the t20 win over Gloucestershire. Glamorgan coach Matthew Mott has targeted victory as his side resume their CB40 campaign against Unicorns on Sunday.The Dragons ended a disappointing t20 campaign with an eight-wicket win over Gloucestershire at the Swalec Stadium on Friday.
And Mott wants more of the same when they host the Unicorns on Sunday afternoon.
"We've got to win straight away in that competition," Mott said.
"The Unicorns are our first game up and we hope to do well on that same wicket."
Glamorgan will have all-rounder Jim Allenby, spinner Dean Cosker and seamer James Harris back in contention for places for the game against the semi-professional combined side.
The trio have been added to the twelve on duty for the final t20 game against Gloucestershire, minus Mark Cosgrove whose spell with the county for this summer has ended.
All-rounder Graham Wagg misses out with a calf strain but Glamorgan face a selection dilemma after young seamers Alex Jones and Will Owen took three wickets apiece against Gloucestershire.
"We've been impressed by a couple of the guys coming in and there's certainly pressure on for places," said Mott.
Mott was pleased his side ended a disappointing t20 campaign on a high note with an eight-wicket win in a rain affected match against Gloucestershire.
"Although it was for any great position on the ladder I think it's a crucial win for us to finish off in good style," added Mott.
"We had our share of heartache throughout the tournament and it beats the hell out of losing."
