Police said officers targeted premises in the city centre on Friday night as part of Operation Topaz.
Three people were arrested on suspicion of being involved in supplying drugs.
Ch Supt Mark Mathias, of Swansea central police station, said Operation Topaz had been running for several months and was part of efforts to clean up the city's night-time economy.
"As part of the arrest phase, we targeted a number of premises and individuals who we believe are associated with the supply of drugs within city centre pubs and clubs," he said.
"The policing operation was highly visible and sends out a clear message that we will not tolerate drug dealers in Swansea.
"Our activity would have caused some disruption but it was absolutely necessary as we continue to adopt a zero tolerance approach to these issues."
